In MIDI-OX, click the Options > Configure Buffers menu/command. In the resulting "Configure SysEx Buffers" dialog box, set the "Low Level Output Buffers" as follows: Size: 1,024 Bytes Num: 128 This should take care of your problem. Do note that with more and larger buffers, MIDI-OX is going to be finished sending the SysEx messages long before the Evolver is done processing them. Make sure to let the Evolver finish the upgrade process as described in Dave's document. Also make very sure that the Evolver is not powered off during this procedure (again, as cautioned in Dave's document). I highly recommend the use of a UPS, especially if you live in an area that has dodgey power.
