impossible to find it.

What's wrong with your display?

Maybe you only need to change EL foil. Find such which is for 85 V/400  
Hz.

I have very good experience with this firm and can recommend it. EL  
foils are laminated and done in proper size for different instruments.  
They offer even more colors of backlight.
