Casio CZ/ VZ/ FZ - Pro Series

Just a thought:

I have not used rechargeable batteries (AA/AAA) in synth gear, however, I do have some experience with them in other things. If my experience is typical, I do not recommend rechargeable batteries for two reasosns: (1) they do not last as long as conventional batteries and (2) they discharge when not in use.

I have had batteries in an unused EZ-CZ catridge that retained their charge for well over 10 years. In my experience, the energy in rechargeable batteries dissipates within weeks or months.
