Howdy, Does shaking it or banging it make them blink? Does the power supply get warm if left on? Can tou take an amperage draw test on it? You may want to check for a shorted capacitor on the power input circuit. If you can get the lights to blink by shaking, etc. look for a cold solder joint or semi broken wire or PCB trace. Rig
