Casio CZ/ VZ/ FZ - Pro Series

Hi Todd,

thanx for the docs, they look as expected, so I have to find out why the VZ
sometimes don't behave that way I expected... so I'm still puzzling over
some details...

Btw. I checked your sounds, it's very different to the sounds I made for the
VZ, but I guess they'll make lots of VZ users very happy...
Since not everyone is having sounddiver it would be nice if you try to
convert those sound into midi or sysex files too... It should be easy to
create midi files with sounddiver...
