Casio CZ/ VZ/ FZ - Pro Series

I had a similar experience once with an auto repair shop. I needed a 
belt replaced for the starter. The guy who worked on the car put a 
screw in the starter a such a way that it appeared the starter had 
broken. When I checked it out, I pulled the screw out and and 
crancked the starter to prove what they had done.
I'm glad I read this about Rouge. At least I know in advance what 
kind of business they are, should I ever go there. Thanks for
