Is it possible to hook up 2 EV-5 pedels?

Is it possible to hook up 2 EV-5 pedels?

2006-11-09 by zerocrossing2001

Hello.

After years of loving my VF-1 as a static effects device, I've decided I'd like to experiment
with using it in a more "performance" style. Since I have it's MIDI in busy with a Vox Tonelab
SE controlling patch selection and MIDI clock coming in from a computer (via a MIDI merge
device) I don't see an easy way of hooking up a device like a Behringer FCB1010.

However, I really enjoy the ability to use 2 pedels to control 2 perimeters at a time. Can I
hook two of these up using the PCS-31?

Is the PCS-31 they speak about in the manual just a regular stereo 1/4" to two mono 1/4"
adaptor? (I've got a Hosa one if that's what it is) I can't for the life of me find a place that
even sells this PCS-31.

Also, I've got the Tonelab's pedels tied up controlling stuff on itself, so using them is not an
option.

Hi, I'm happy to see a thread going on about the FCB1010 on this list.
I've had one for about 4 months now. I'm a bit of a midiot but I
managed to program it to do Program Changes, and use both of the
Expression pedals. However, I've had a hell of a time getting it to do
Control Changes. Anybody got any VF1 specific tips that could help?
The FCB1010 list doesn't seem to be too familiar with the VF1.

Thanks

D

Well I'm just tickled that you're happy, but this thread isn't about the FCB1010. There
seem to be plenty though, so you may want to move your question to one of them.

This thread might not be about the FCB1010, but it's so damned quiet
here that I really don't care if ppl discuss the fcb1010, might as well
talk about something that at least connects to the VF1
