Yeah, I opened mine up to see if anything could be rewired, but alas the entire thing was one giant PCB with the jacks surface mounted on there. If only they'd been separate and wired to a smaller central PCB, the mod would have been easy... But you're just asking for trouble messing with the config that's there now... probably have to cut some solder traces and stuff. I'm not up for that.
