Alesis Andromeda A6

I'm just wondering if all the rumors are true about the Andromeda going discontinued, can anyone confirm this?

Yes, it is true -- they are done.  This is via several retailers who were hoping to get one last order...but after several months' delay, Alesis came back and said they weren't going to do another run.  Apparently the ASIC components have become too difficult to source.

I hope this does not bode ill for future repair possibilities. My A6 works great, but I hope it can be repaired in the future if something should happen to it.
