I had the same problem. It's almost never dued to bad pots. Calling the Alesis Service, they told me it's quite common and in most of cases is dued to the big 60 pin flat-cable inside between fornt left panel-center panel and right front panel.
Sometimes may be only displaced a little bit.
Open your Andy as described on the Service Manual (BOM) you find in the FILES Section and be shure is correctly seated.
Otherwise try to change it. I made one by myself very easily.
In my case the problem has been solved by replacing some components of the front left panel that were bad.
