I have to strongly disagree. I did comparisons between the A6 and various
serious analogue synths and it really have an excellent sound. You can hear
a comparison with nothing less than the almighty Minimoog...

i have a half dozen diffrent synths and recently got an AndromedaA6. ..I
fought my way through the manual and much about it is amazing but i
find that the filters seem to not have nearly the depth and range that
i kinda expected from a delux synth. . They just dont seem to have lush
and wild effects on the sounds compared to sweeping through ,lets say,
a Juno 106 filter. I have tried to read some reviews online and a few
owners allude to 'weak filters' as a problem. Unless i can find out
what im doing wrong im inclined to aggree. and its the filters that
really make the big diffrence in sound quality. Im concerned that the
Andromeda ,while having amazing range of features ,and lots of bells
and whistles , has tepid filters. and i cant tweak the sounds into
places i want to go.
What do other users think of the filters?
