Alesis Andromeda A6

Hi I have a new A6 out of a shop. Some voices sounding out of tune.
And the A6 starts very difficult it doesn't run through the start-up
procedure. It stay green with th A6 logo on the screen.
The midi is sending constant a massage which I don't understand but I
can filter it with my motu timepiece.

Who has experience with these problems?
Are they solvable by a service tech?
I can return it. The service tech in the netherlands is new on the A6.

I want to be sure the problems are solvable or do I have a bad luck
item? And have to search a other one?

First of all you should check the synth totally unplugged (audio and midi). If the problem is not there, then try doing a hard reset.
