hey guys, i have been a member of this group for what feels like eons,
but seriously, nothing ever goes on here.

what can we do to stimulate any form of activity? i love my andromeda
immensely. but, that may not be enough to save this group.

Hi,
Can we consider splitting off the Ion piece, i.e. to be its own group? I don't understand how the two synths are even remotely related, except both happen to be Alesis. My 2 cents is that a good first step would be to focus the energy here solely on the A6 Andromeda.

posting to this group.

done. I removed the damn spammer! Sorry, I did not see the spam earlier.

In terms of splitting groups, I agree that the 2 synths are pretty
different and I, personally, have an A6 and do not really care about
the Ion.

Let's have a consensus in here about what people prefer.
From a group admin perspective, I'm not sure how we can change the
name, etc. of the group to remove the Ion part. That might pose a
challenge.
Let's get some ideas going...

there're already two good working groups for the A6:
http://electro-music.com/forum/forum-90.html
http://www.wohmart.com/a6/
so i'd guess lets quit the andromeda part and go in as ion group

Yeah, remove the Ion, please.

If things get serious, it may be cool for more people to post sounds,
songs, etc.

just wondering: has anybody here taken notice of what is going on , about the andromeda,
on the electromusic forum ??
just have a look , maybe it would be a good idea just to get that place working even more
instead of pulling around here
just a suggestion, fr. gr. sunny

that one for the direct questions , and the electro-music.com/forum for more questions/
discussion/ pict's /etc , should be enough !
would be a waste to further split our efforts, specially because we already have two sites
which work .( and which sofar seem to both suplement each other)

take it for advantage, no hard feelings , i just hope the a6 community rolls on more
steady, united and active

What exactly is "going on" over there?

Easier,

exchanging of sounds, patches, pictures, asking and answering questions
etc etc, in the format of a forum , so with different subject nicely
grouped and growing steadily.
and best of all, it rolls !, already tausants of hits, hunderts of
users etc, almost every day new subjects and /or new info.
so i guess a pretty nice site , and.. all exclusive for the a6/
andromeda.
everybody is free to join, just have a look .
