Full Sounddiver support

Full Sounddiver support

2002-01-03 by klagga

Hi!

I´ve seen there´s a demo librarian program somewhere for the A6, and
that´s probably great, but what if I want support for the A6 in my
Sounddiver program that I already have installed?

There´s a thread right now in the Sounddiver list at Yahoo-groups
about support for the A6 that takes advantage of the new 1.40 OS
update (with full midi support). Mr Haydn (Mr Sounddiver from Emagic)
asks for specific documentation of the SysEx protocol. Is there any
way to help him there?

Thanks

That's not a DETAILED spec CCJ. They need a map of every bit and byte in every message of every sort. Otherwise you have to reverse engineer the sysex data by grabbing a set, tweaking one parameter, grabbing the set again, and seeing what changed - really a pain and then there's lots to miss/overlook (I know! I've done it! :-) Personally I'd love the REAL spec too Mike? :-)

So do anyone have specific documentation of the SysEx protocol? I
think it would help speeding up better Sounddiver support for the A6.

Thanks
