The filters have a response that is a bit peculiar. But are very good IMO. First, modify the knobs response by using some "offet" in the filter menu (-30 to -50 is better for me). Check in the net (or manual) for instructions on using "Filter feedback" it really brings a new, and "better" filter response. But in the end it depends on what you are trying to obtain with these filters...do not compare them with a minimoog or a MS20...its just different. But serachin you can always spice them a lot with the filter feedback and with noise. I think you can get some info on : http://www.tilt.largo.fl.us/a6/ and in the archives and "real A6 mailing list" on http://www.code404.com/a6/ Best, PE ----- Original Message ----- From: "analoghouseworks" <analoghouseworks@...> To: <Andromeda_A6@yahoogroups.com> Sent: Sunday, July 14, 2002 7:31 PM Subject: [Andromeda_A6] andy filters? > is it just me or are the filters rather weak? am i doing something > wrong? any suggestions on how to make them a bit "bigger"? > and sample and hold...any suggestions for what destinations > make it really audible? > > > > To unsubscribe from this group, send an email to: > Andromeda_A6-unsubscribe@yahoogroups.com > > > > Your use of Yahoo!
