Alesis Andromeda A6

Hello everyone,

I am having a bit of trouble dumping the user memory back into my 
Andromeda. I have had success doing this with my Roland JV80 so I 
know that I have the connections right. I first tried to dump my own 
user bank back into the keyboard, but had no luck. It would start to 
dump and then freeze up. I have used two different midi programs, 
mainly MIDI-OX. It would start to send but after about 3000kb it 
would freeze. I started scrolling through the user bank after the 
failed attempt to dump and found that the Andromeda would freeze up 
when I would get to patch #90. Why 90, I have no idea. I eventually 
had to do a complete soft knob #3 reboot to get it going again. Of 
course, I lost all of my user sounds that I have created, but they 
are in my computer. I just hope I saved the user correctly to begin 
with! 

I went to the Alesis site and downloaded one of the User banks there 
and tried to load it in. The exact same thing happened, after about 
3000kb, it quit sending. I have the Andromeda set to syx-user bank. 
Am I missing something here. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
