RE: [Andromeda_A6-ION] Re: Out of Tune! A6

2006-11-09 by Bob Weeks

I have a MS20 and that is more stable than the Andromeda and that's 26 years old!
Looking at the tune tables everything is "in tune" but it's not! Still takes ages to get the top octave in tune. None of voices are turnred off and everything looks ok. I'll keep checking

Many thanks Bob Weeks

You should check to see that the temperature tuning is on. Once the
Osc's get warm, they tend to drift. (All vintage analogs do this.) It
adds a great detuned flavor, but can become an annoyance after 1 hour+
of playing. To make sure that Temperature tune is on, simply hit the
auto-tune button ONCE. then hit soft button #1 (under tune). this will
take you to the tune menu. Make sure that background and temperature
tuning are set to on. This should fix your problem!! Hope it helps!
