Actually, let me add one thing. :)  How about one more option to 
define the base note of the tunings, so that you could easily go 
from one pure-major scale to another?  By this I mean that you could 
have the twelve sliders for the 12 notes of the scale, and then one 
more slider to determine whether the first slider corresponds to C, 
C#, D, or so forth.  That way when you go from a song in C a song in 
A, you don't have to change each note's slider, you can just change 
the base note of the scale from C to A and the tunings will be 
realigned. :)
