They say "arp, moog etc.." .. I assume this is synonyme for 24dB/oc lpf =
moog/arp and not meant as "modeled after a moog or ARP.." right?

There is only one VA I know of that is really modeled after a minimoog, a
pro one and some others: the creamware noah.

I keep Q-rious

I also have a moog modular here, so I can compare ;)
