Well I dont think they're gonna. Yes it does have a different and unique sound quality about it Obviously they dont make parts for it or the Andromenda any more, dont really know that for sure. Have had Synths since the 80's and there all different in there own way. The Ion is an odd duck No cursus No enter button. There is an Andromeda on ebay NOW the guys selling it because he says cant get parts. Like a idiot I purchased this editor program from hypersynth. The program will not pull sys.ex files from the computer. Ill keep emailing the tech I guess. Now theres 12 offers so the techs must have parts.

YES! -- BUT the other group usually discusses miniak and the other
mini synth and not the ION. BTW, this is the first message I received from
this group since joining it months ago. FWIW, the ION is one monster VA
synth...All those knobs and controllers...I just love it!! -- Wish
they'd redesign it and make it into a five octave model with same
three wheels plus a ribbon controller and ;tiltible control panel like
the new Moog.
