G'day all As Mr Murphy says "there's always one more bug"! Andrey Hulap from the Ukraine pointed out a bug with V3.2 that prevented the programmer to go into page mode programming. Andrey if you read this my reply to you bounced. I have tested the fixed version with a M8 and a 17K hex file (~5.8k code)and the programming time went down from 1:19:62 to 44.35 (about half) so it seems to work now. I have added JS to the AVR910 name to distinguish it from other V3.xx which are different, better or worse than this version.
