i am beginner in atmel, i have been studying for couple of weeks now theoritically, i need some help on avrstudio4 to start working pratically .
if anybody knows links for avrstudio4 tutors please send the link thanks

I have also just started with AVR and I am also using AVRStudio 4. I have found very useful the following two sites: http://www.avrbeginners.net/ ;and
http://www.avr-asm-tutorial.net/avr_en/ . In fact these sites are not tutorials for AVRStudio but ideal for beginners. And http://www.avrfreaks.net/ of course
Furthermore don't hesitate using the Help of AVRStudio. That is also very useful. And if you have specific questions post here them.
