I was just wondering .. what about using bridge
rectifiers in the car circuit using high current rating diode.. that way u need
not worry about polarity..
and i was just wondering.. is the swings/spikes in
the car power supply so large and sustained to cause the conduction of the other
two diodes then the ones that might normally be conducting??
and yes have any one of used super capacitors
anywhere for any use other than lighting LEDs
these are normally available in ratings like
10Farad 2.5V
The lesser voltage is a bit of a handicap though
but u can always use series parallel combinations if the current through the
capacitors can be beared by them..
Any Ideas?
