I worked as a contractor on some ATC and radar projects at DRA and DERA
at Malvern, but left before you became QinetiQ (what a unbelievably crap
name that it).  I was also somewhat interested in the TenDRA and MALPAS
technology as paths crossed whilst I was there.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
