Of course if your path is a mile long there could be some issues.

I did have them a long time ago. But since I have put all my stuff
into c:\avr\projects and maybe 1 or 2 level deeper into their own
directories and the problem went away.

Would it be possible for us to see the code file itself?

Please don't post a monster, but it should be possible to create one
that has the problem in just a few lines.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
