AVR-Chat

Hi
 
I have a processor(AVR microcontroller) that take output of some 
sensors and caculate the avrege of this outputs and send this avrage 
to a main processor that is far from it .
My problem is about making a wireless communication between the 
processor and the main processor.
I woulde be appriciated if somebody help me
