What *Really, REALLY* gets up aussies noses is yank drug companies trying
to undermine the pharmaceutical benefits scheme which is even acknowledged
by US academics as the best drug administration system *anywhere*.

It prevents consumer confusion from old drugs being flogged as something
new and at a higher price, when equivalent generic drugs already exist
with the same effectiveness.
