   Interesting.  I hadn't noticed that Digikey doesn't actuyally list 
the AT90PWM chips.

   I have a couple of AT90PWM3s Atmel sampled me, so they *ARE* 
avaialble.  Might have to contact Atmel directly to find out how to buy.
