I sure wish I could find a way to make it not always start maximized.  
It would be best if it would save the position and size upon exit and 
restore it on the next execution.

What improvements were made in the ability to work with AVC-gcc?  I'm 
hoping that the gcc team gets the assembler to produce dwarf-2 records 
sometime soon so that debugging a mixed C/assembler application is 
easier.
