Recently I purchased several Tiny13's, but have been unable to program them via ISP (my only option at the moment). After reading through the manual, I'm guessing that the DWEN fuse is set. Will Atmel's programmer be able to re-program the fuse or do I need to purchase the new JTAG / Debug Wire dongle? Advice? Opinion?
