I've been using the Altera Byteblaster to program Altera CPLD's.  The 
Byteblaster I use has no power source in itself and gets its power from 
the board it's programming.

It could very well be latch-up.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
