AVR-Chat

Hi,

	I'm having a weird problem with a Mega8 running on the 
internal clock oscilator at 1 MHz. The internal Power-on Reset 
seems not to be working. 
	Every time I power up the circuit, I have to manually reset 
the Mega8. The power at the Vcc pin rises from 0 to +5V in 4mS.
The RESET pin has a 22k to +5V and 4.7uF to GND.
	Have tried several fuses combinations but no luck.
	Am I missing something?
