Hi there,
I'm trying to set my uP ATmega8535 to external Xtal mode using the Configuration and Security Bit in PonyProg.
The moment I try to write to my up by clicking the "Write" button, then the error message "Device Missing or Unknown Device (-24)" pops up. After this, I cant read anything from my uP anymore. I cant even erase anything or write anything to it.
How can I set back the "Configuration and Security Bit" to gain access to my uP again? Can anyone help out??
