It sounds to me like the Holy Grail.
if you do all the research and then 
figure out how to pull this off it seems
you bridged the technological gap
that will make someone else very wealthy.

Can you patient things as you discover them ?

being totally from the outside and not really
understanding all the technicalities it just 
seems on the outside that if Edison had level
5 as a working lightbulb, and had offered
to pay at that level, he could have had 
thousands of peoples on the project at no charge.
