Thanks for your reply.

I have checked all of your suggestions, pins and other things are OK.
Tell me if minor variations of crystal frequency can cause the problem, I think there may be some variations?  my system is running on free RTOS, programmers have used multitasking techniques and CPU runs quite loaded.
