As an engineer, I can see why the person responsible for the JTAGICE 
would object to cloning but this may not be Atmel's corporate 
position. I do not plan to ask. It would probably take forever and 
the easiest/safest thing for an Atmel empoloyee to so would be to say 
no without really finding out.

But WinAVR supports the JTAG-ICE, which is great.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
