Mros driver for lynex sampler

Hi to all,
I want to use my Lynex sampler for Atari with cubase, but i can't use in the same computer because cubase
don't reconized the lynex midi port, i can use with notator and one port it is dedicated for lynex.
Anyone tell me how to program a mros driver for cubase discover the lynex midi port?
