P.S. Gone back to atari almost! and you can put cubase lite up in the
files section as its now freeware!

You can also find out where to get a dongled Cubase 3 as well.


You can use MIDI out from your Atari to PC IN, and have the sequencer on the 
PC locked to external  MIDI sync. That should do it
