Hello, I recently got ahold of a Kawai Spectra synth which I've become quite attached to. I have been trying to connect it to my PC running Windows XP. I noticed that some users made available a patch editor for it that runs on SoundDiver. I then found out SoundDiver is owned by apple, who actually discontinued the software several years ago. My first thought was that it might be possible to still obtain a pc version of sounddiver on the internet somehow, but it seems nearly impossible. I was wondering if there is any other way in which I can use the patch editor for the Kawai Spectra eventhough it was created to be used with SoundDiver; is there any new librarian/midi software that can communicate with my old synthethizer? I don't know about computer programing or have much experience with sound modules or synths but I am getting quite confortable with my KC10. Well, hopefully someone might be able to help me on this. Could any of you share SoundDiver 3 or else point me in the direction of it? Perhaps there is a better software that is at least in the market right now and which I could use to operate and interact with my Kawai Spectra via Windows XP; any suggestions? thanks a lot. I really appreciate any help.
