Hi Charles -
I gave the stuff to a friend for his musically
inclined son. When we hooked it up it made that sound.
Now his son's friend has fixed it. So he will
probably be keeping the bulk of the system. There will be parts and
software that he won't want so let's give him a couple of days to dig through
it.
You can email me directly if you wish.
Sorry for getting your hopes up for all that
loot!
David

Hey y'all -A friend of mine recently gave me a bunch of Atari stuff - it's looking for a new home. Here is a partial list:Mega ST with mouse and keyboardmono & colour monitorAtari/Syquest hard-drive - 44M removabledozen or so 44M drivesMac emulation & old Mac softwarelots of programming softwaresome gamesWhen I plugged it all in, it made a clicking sound as though a key was stuck. I unplugged the keyboard and the sound continued. So there is something wrong with the CPU, but it's probably something minor.I am in Toronto, Canada. This stuff is at a friend's house in the east end.I haven't got time to ship this, so pickup only.David
