Hi Leslie!

I know new things about Wavestation and Computer. The PC cannot work with WS
"Keyboard" ROM Ver.2.28, but I have connected the TT a while. Wow.... that\ufffds
ATARI MIDI!!!!!!!
And, everything MIDI works now. Forget the poting about win9x. ;-), though I
will leave win95 for other purposes and special-cases... A 32bit IBM-PC is
always usable for something.

No, I have found a full-featured freeware ST Wavestation editor "Wavelib".
The Version, with the number 2.28 points to something ;-) IMO.

Yes, GenEdit will be very interesting. But more for the Korg DSS-1.
I am going to make the templates on my own, so I can study the Hardware
meanwhile ;-). I would suggest to any poor technician.

Maybe it\ufffds also possible to build an analogue synthesizer and to controll it
fully digital via GenEdit. Would spare much (High-quality potis etc..)
money, indeed. The sound is the same, but w/o that good realtime and fine
control. The Pros would be easy saving (e.g. knob-position) of any setups
etc... digitally.

I hope Joe Hlifka is finishing the special-Music MIDI-CD as soon as
possible, erm. I mean the Manual and the CD with other utils and candys.
Theoretically is GenEdit already finished, but I would like to have the
manual and especially that CD, and I get the possibility into the bargain to
honour the/his/her kind work.

< I wish you nice gigs.......

Kind Regards,

Daniel Mandic
