Which browser did you use? Netscape or IE? It sounds as though your
helper apps are set incorrectly. Are you using a Mac or Windows?

I'm using Win98 and IE 5 for the browser. How would I
change the settings you mentioned.
Thanks,

Philip

Check under the Edit menu for the Preferences option...you should have a
dialog box with something like Helper Apps...see that zip is mapped to PKZip.

Where did you download them from?
>From onelist?
They work totally fine for me.
It is true that they are zipped though.
If you want i can send them in an email to you, because i
still have the .zips on my harddisk, or if there are more people
interested in receiving them i can post them as attachements to
the list.

p.s. what do you mean exactly with "opening up as RealAudio files" ?
do they extract as .ra or .ram or does your unzip program not see them
coorectly?

Thanks,
Joel

Jondl,

It doesn't even offer me a Preferences Option under
"Edit." It only offers cut, copy, paste (blanked out)
and "select all" and "find on this page." Any
sugesstions?
Thanks.

The preferences menu under 'Edit' is there with Netscape, but not with
Internet Explorer which you're using.

Start Windows Explorer (*not* Internet Explorer), choose the menu 'View' and
then 'Folder Options...'. Click on the tab 'File Types'.

You now have a very long list with file types. Look for the Real Audio type
files, and find the one having a .zip extension. Delete that one.

Alternatively and probably much simpler, start WinZip, choose the 'Options'
menu and then 'Configuration...', select the tab 'System' and check the
option 'Associate WinZip with archives'. If it's already checked, uncheck it
and check it again. Then click OK.

I think this should do the trick.
