The Yamaha AN1x Synthesizer mailing list

Hello,

I just got a new computer and I tried to re-install the software that 
came with my AN200: XG Works and the AN Editor.  The install didn't 
work, so I was wondering if anyone can post, send me, or tell me where 
I can get the stand alone AN Expert Editor.

You don't mention what the specific error is with XGWorks. Did you apply the XGWorks 
patch for XP? You can download it from the XGWorks web site here:

Otherwise, the stand alone editor can be had from the Yamaha Japan web site here:

Thanks for the great links!  Unfortunately, the XG update will not 
work since it is for XG Works version 3.02 - 3.05 and I have XG 
Works Lite version 3.06 (the software that came with my AN200).  I 
am trying to install this software on an Win XP and the error 
message I get when I try to open XG Works Lite is:

 XGwork.exe - Entry Point Not Found

 The procedure entry point FT_Exit4 could not be located in the 
dynamic link library Kernel32.dll

Has anyone else had this problem?  I tried to download the XG Works 
demo on the Japanese Yamaha site but the link doesn't work. Please 
help!

Go back to this link I sent you and scroll down further - you will find the XP patch for XG 
Works lite there too.
