The Yamaha AN1x Synthesizer mailing list

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone could help me out here. I
downloaded several of the banks of AN sounds
(Midlands, JP, etc) as Zip files, but they are opening
up as RealAudio files? Can anyone help me out here?
I'm trying to import them into the editor.

On a Mac you can just drop any file on any application icon, and as long as
the application supports the file format it'll open it regardless of how
you've got your preferences set. For example, I have Photoshop set as the
default application for JPG files, but if I drop an image file on my
Netscape icon it'll view the JPG from within Netscape (doesn't monkey with
my preferences either). I understand Windows works a lot like Mac, so try
dropping the files on a Zip/Stuffit icon if nothing else has worked for you
yet...
