Expert Editor with AN200 and AN1x

Dear All, Can we use the PLG150AN Expert Editor Stand alone version. (Windows 95/98/ME/2000/XP) with the AN200 and AN1x? Also about the AN200 editor, is it an XGworks plug in which means we should install XGworks first in order to use the AN200 editor. I really like a stand alone editor to opimize the AN200. Thank you.
