Hi!

Do You remember my quest to replace my old  rompler with an AN1x?

I have managed to find a replacement brass patch, "SuperStabs" from Eric 
W's collection. Really great!
Everyone should check it out!

But now I'm on a hunt for a really typical sound from the world of 
samplers, an orchester-hit patch!
I't doesn't have to sound just like it, it just have to have that 
punchy, percussive and synthy character.

Does anyone have such a patch in their collection I would be really glad 
if you shared it with me!

Otherwise it could be the next sound programming competition theme, right?
And all for my sake! :-)

Try finding separate Voices for a String patch and Brass patch - copy one of the two voices 
to the 2nd scene of the other and place the combined voice into DUAL mode. Play with the 
Attack and Release parameters of the VCA until you get a close approximation.
