Well I still think its one of the best analogue synths ever made along side a 'Virus C' and certainly the best synth editor. Shame it has no plg card slots. Shows just how popular this synth is. Maybe Yamaha will see this and decide to bring it back. Hehe, maybe the new version could have 24 note polyphony, be 4 part multi-tembral and still not cost much more than the original. Or they could just re-release the original and price it below the cost of an Ion.
