Someone knows If there are any mixer or audio card with 8 mono inputs or 4 stereo plus 2 or 3 digital inputs ???

This question is really too wide open to answer: "any mixer or audio card with 8 
mono inputs or 4 stereo plus 2 or 3 digital inputs" - this really doesn't tell anybody 
what purpose the sound card or mixer will serve in your set-up let alone why that 
particular combination if I/O is important to you.

I would suggest you check out some of the popular offerings from the likes of 
Behringer, Mackie, MOTU, Yamaha, Tascam, RME, M-Audio, Alesis, etc. and narrow 
down your search to a price/performance ratio you can afford - then perhaps solicit 
feedback on the specific models you're interested in. There are many forums 
dedicated to these topics here at Yahoo! Groups and elsewhere on the 'net.

You may want to take a look at the new EMU sound cards. Go to 
http://www.emu.com to read about them. I think they're sweet.
