Yup, that was me, because i ordered mine there a couple of months ago
(three or four). But i checked again last week and the dude in the
music-department told me, that they are out of stock at the moment,
but they might get some last ones by August. Who couldn´t tell for
sure, because his boss wasn´t there. I recommend you to call them
(040 3004 0) and ask for the "Musikinstrumenten-Abteilung".

Wollte nur mal anfragen,wann unten angegebene Bestellung bei mir eintrifft.

Habe ich ja schon vor über einer Woche bestellt.

Will ja nicht drängeln,aber brauche den AN1x im Studio

Seems, that you think that the JP8k has higher sound quality, indeed
the AN1x is superior, because of its bigger variety in creating sound
(more versatile synthesis engine). The JP8k is cool, no doubt, but
kind of limited. Still, the Roland has the nicer interface.

mmmhhh....okay may be....but i think every synth has it´s "personel"
character.
a friend of mine deposites his music gear at my home,´cause he moved
(äähh...ist das richig für umziehen??)
i got the chance to play a little bit with the 8080. i sampled some sounds
and use them in one of my new songs...but i think it can´t upload it to the
net,´cause it´s a cover version of d.modes "barrel of a gun"..sounds quite
interesting...have changed the guitar parts with a fat roland pad...gives
new perspective to this song..
but who cares ...just talking shit..

but, i don´t want to swap the 8080 with my cs2x. the yamaha has more
options,and even sounds in performance mode very good. would the multimode
of this synth be better i would say,it´s one of the best in the world
(compared to the price).

Hm, that´s something they tell everyone, i still recommend you to
call them directly in Hamburg (040 30040) and ask explicitely for
the "Musikinstrumentenabteilung" and ask if they will get some AN1x
or not. The Ordering Service is a different department and they
don´t
order the musical instrument, but the "Musikinstrumentenabteilung"
does.
Thrust me, i know them, i worked there...;)

Well, if you get your AN1x (either from Brinkmann or Second-Hand) you
should definately try out the JP8000-Patch out of the file-section
for this mailing-list (on www.egroups.com) and you will understand
what i mean. The AN1x can sound like the JP, but also much more.

True, but still the CS6x sounds better than CS2x...ever tried one?
