if i try to load a patch from the editor , it hangs, and i,ll have to 
shut the program off, but when i try  to send the program from cubase 
there´s no problem. I want to use  the etitor

Which operating system and MIDI interface are you using?  I have a similar problem have been reported with a joystick MIDI adapter and Win2K.  Programs like Cubase and Cakewalk work OK, but AN1xEdit does not.  With Win98SE, I don't have the problems.

Okay, I'm a bit confused. Let's try and clarify:

You say a program (an AN1x Voice) will load from Cubase to the 
AN1x. That implies you are loading AN1x Voices as either .mid or 
.smf files from Cubase to the AN1x. Is this correct?

Whe you say 'editor' do you mean AN1xEdit? If so, does AN1xEdit 
hang when you attempt to load the program (Voice) into the AN1x 
- or - when you try to open the program bank in AN1xEdit?

Please post back with some details regarding your computer 
platform, software versions and type of MIDI Interface. This info 
will help trouble shoot your issue.

i´m using win 98 with the audigy sound card.
i´m having no problem recieving midi(patches) from cubase. but when 
i try and recive let´s say 64 patces from an1x editor it hangs , i 
only get the first patch. and i have to shut down the program and 
start it again. I hope you got an answer.
